Shipping policy

1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Belgium & Germany: 2–4 business days
  • France, Austria, Luxembourg: 3–5 business days
  • Other EU countries: 4–7 business days

These are estimates. Leumx is not responsible for carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs Calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may apply above a minimum order value — check at checkout.

4. Tracking Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email via PostNL or DHL.

5. Delivery Address Ensure your address is correct at checkout. Leumx is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details. Post-order address changes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Failed Delivery If uncollected within the carrier's retention period, the package returns to us. We will contact you to reship. Additional shipping costs may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments Damaged on arrival? Contact us within 48 hours with photos at info@leumx.com. Lost shipment? Contact us after the delivery window and we will file a claim with the carrier.

8. International Shipping For shipments outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
