RETURN & REFUND POLICY Leumx® | Last updated: March 2025
1. Right of Withdrawal As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, without giving any reason. This right is granted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
2. How to Request a Return To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery:

- Subject: Return Request – Order #[your order number]
Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a confirmation within 2 business days.
3. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In original packaging with all labels and accessories
- Returned within 14 days of return approval
4. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Opened items for hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items showing signs of use
5. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered — in which case Leumx covers all costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items Received a damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@leumx.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
8. Warranty All Leumx products are covered by the statutory warranty under EU consumer law. If a product is defective within 2 years of purchase, contact us and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
